There is no overages with a dedicated agents as you direct them to the area you need them. You are able to set the hours and days you need coverage.

2. Are you able to have more then one dedicated agent?

If your company requires more then one dedicated agent, we have you covered. The account manager will ensure you are covered.

3. Can the dedicated agent plan be customize?

You work directly with the dedicated agent. This allows you to have the agent working on the areas you need them.

4. Who manages the dedicated agent?

As the agent is part of our staff we manage them with any quality issues. However you place the agent in the area needed and schedule the hours. We do request five days to set the schedule.

5. Can extra hours be added if needed?

An agent is required to work the scheduled 37.5 hours. When extra hours are needed the agent can voluntary accept the hours. If they are unable to work extra hours for any reasons we can provide you with another agent and assist you.
