Absolutely! Our standard packages do help many clients to get started. We know each clients needs are different. We will work with you to customize a package that suits your support and does not break the bank.

2. Do unsured services roll over?

Unfortunately at the end of each billing cycle the package and any unsure instances resets. We staff based on the support needs for the billing period to ensure quick response and resolution.

3. What is the cost of overages?

Overages can happen at anytime because of spikes in support. We do charge for overages. If you have consistent overages your account manager will tailor a support plan for you. The following is the cost per incident over your package. Tickets overages is $4.29, live chat overages is $3.99, and phone minutes are 1.79.

4. Are all support agents located in North Americia?

All our support specialists are located in North America in one of our two North American locations. The main office is located in Fredericksburg, VA, USA and the main support office is located in Charlottetown, PEI, Canada. We provide support for over 50 web hosting companies across the globe.
