Fixed Cost

With one or more Dedicated Personnel, you pay a flat rate each month for the work. Support can be provided over telephone, ticket or chat and there’s no overages. Agents will do as much work as can be done during their shifts and can handle other tasks such as building a KB for you, provide server monitoring and more!
